ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT REQUIRED

Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for coordinating all in-coming and out-going communication/records with key attention to both internal and external customers and providing the first positive image of the company.

Qualifications & Experience
    Diploma in Public Relations/ Customer Care/ Marketing/Front Office, Degree in Social Sciences is a definite advantage.
    Strictly 3-5 years’ experience as a Receptionist/Front Office in a Fast Paced business environment, relating with people of different backgrounds, race, religion, nationalities.
    Should be well versed with a telephone switchboard.
    Computer literacy in MS Office- Excel, Word, Power point (very essential).
    The candidate should be highly motivated with a”can do”attitude and have a passion for success and detail.
