Audit Professionals
A medium-sized audit and tax services firm in Nairobi, an Equal Opportunity Employer, seeks to recruit senior audit personnel.

Audit Seniors: Must be Professionally Qualified Accountants, around 25 - 28 years of age, with experience of 2 years in audit in reputed audit firms. Candidates must possess thorough knowledge of all the relevant statutes such as Income tax Act, VAT Act, Companies Act etc., IFRSs, ISAs etc.

Audit Supervisors: Must be Professionally Qualified Accountants, around 30 - 35 years of age, with experience of 4 years in reputed audit firms at senior/ supervisory level. Candidates must possess expert knowledge and familiarity of application of all the relevant statutes, ISAs, IFRSs etc.

Responsibilities include:
    Planning, leading, executing, managing and supervising execution of the audit engagements.
    Setting and ensuring compliance with the budgets and timelines.
    Review & recommendation on the colleagues’ work.
    Audit Quality control and enhancement.
    Training, development and knowledge upgradation.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills – oral and written, hands-on experience on Computer Applications like Microsoft Word, Excel etc, Internet & e-mails and simple accounting packages like Sage, Quick-books, Tally etc.

Preference is given to candidates with hands-on experience on audit softwares.
Compensation package commensurate with qualification and experience.
