A highly reputable Clearing, Forwarding & Transport company is looking for:

The Credit Controller will be responsible for direct supervision of credit and collection of accounts. 

• Assist the Management in all phases with regard to proper planning, controlling, monitoring, training and implementing effective work processes. 

• Aid management with administrative functions of the department.

• Maintain processes and implement procedures as established by management.

 
Qualifications and other requirements

• CPA (K) or equivalent.
• 3 years experience in commercial invoicing and supervision experience preferred. 
• Experience with clearing, forwarding and transport industry will be preferred.
• Must be computer literate; prefer experience with current AX Dynamics; must have working knowledge of Microsoft applications (such as Word and Excel).
• Ability to work with others and possess problem solving skills; must have the capability of reading, understanding and explaining clearing & forwarding remittances.
• Must be knowledgeable of collection procedures for overdue accounts.
• Must be aware of laws and processes regarding debt collection.
• Must be able to communicate well with others.
• Salary and terms will commensurate the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications.
